Dear SHAC 7 Supporters, Yesterday, the SHAC 7 appeared in court in Trenton, New Jersey, for their motions for a new trial to be heard and to discuss a sentencing date.
Dear SHAC 7 Supporters, Yesterday, the SHAC 7 appeared in court in Trenton, New Jersey, for their motions for a new trial to be heard and to discuss a sentencing date.Their motions were denied, and a new sentencing date has been set. Sentencing will be September 12, at the federal courthouse in Trenton, New Jersey. PLEASE mark your calendars and try to make arrangements to attend. Each of the defendants are looking at several years (some up to 11 years!) in prison. In the meantime, please remember you can always write the defendants–Jake Conroy, Darius Fulmer, Lauren Gazzola, Josh Harper, Kevin Kjonaas, and Andy Stepanian–while they are on house arrest.
